September 2022 - May 2023

Project: Non-narrative content and spontaneous thought.

This project is a branch off of Dr. Bellana's 2021 project "Narrative thinking lingers in spontaneous thought".

My main task was coding the 3 experimental conditions for this study using the popular NYTimes online game Wordle as a reference. This helped me learn and improve my coding skills in Javascript, HTML and CSS. I also conducted a literature search to find relevant questionnaires related to our variables of interest. Finally, I conducted an additional literature review to write a final paper on the types of content that linger in the mind, the process of lingering, and how factors such as meaning and engagement affect lingering.
